/ 2025 / … Before speaking out emphatically against the widespread coercion and deceit of the ‘coronavirus’ narrative in 2020, Dr Sam Bailey was already a well-known public figure in New Zealand. In leveraging that position to bring much-needed order to the chaos, she fell foul of the vindictive and unbalanced machinations of the medical-pharmaceutical complex.
The Medical Council of New Zealand (MCNZ) used its considerable powers in an attempt to silence her, and anyone else, who had questioned the actions of the state. The enabling tool, which may be wielded for the purposes of censorship and, indeed, extortion, is the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003, which confers powers on MCNZ to fine and recover ‘costs’.
Though unable to substantiate their findings, the Tribunal deems that Sam Bailey presents a ‘serious risk of harm to the public’, a charge she rejects out of hand, which is why she will not be paying one cent.
