I take a walk through the city centre, explore the main square (Rynek Kościuszki), visit the beautiful Branicki Palace and its gardens, and check out the unusual architecture of the Podlasie Opera and Philharmonic. I also experience a football event taking place in the city centre on July 22, 2026, before stopping by Zapiecek – Podlaskie Jadło to try some local regional cuisine, including pierogi filled with salmon!
